Shelby Schreck
Property Manager
Meet Shelby Schreck! Shelby is the Property Manager for The Nest and College Street Studios. In her role, Shelby oversees the daily operations of each property to include maintenance, the resident experience, and leasing & marketing activities. She LOVES meeting new people and showing them why The Nest and College Street Studios are the perfect place to call home. Outside of the office she enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and playing with her puppy. Fun fact: She was part of the camp adventure program in college where she was able to live in the middle east (Bahrain) for 3 months and in Hawaii on the Pearl Harbor base for 4 months.

Paige Solie
Corporate Leasing Manager
Meet Paige Solie! Paige is the Corporate Leasing Manager for The Tailwind Group’s Iowa properties which includes The Nest and College Street Studios. Paige loves working with staff members to help them succeed in their roles. Something Paige feels passionate about is finding homes for students so they can have a space to create lasting memories. When she’s not traveling to her sites for work, she enjoys going boating at the lakes near her home and spending time with her golden retriever, Ford. Fun fact about Paige: she got a hole in one at the age of 14!

Kory Theil
Regional Property Manager
Meet Kory Theil! Kory is the Regional Property Manager for The Tailwind Group’s Iowa and Minnesota properties, which includes The Nest and College Street Studios. Kory enjoys meeting tenants and helping provide them a great housing experience. Something Kory is passionate about is building teams and supporting team members in their growth. Outside of work Kory enjoys spending time with his two dogs, Tater and Addie. Fun fact about Kory: he wrestled in college and is a huge Hawkeye wrestling fan.
